250 hp and reliability?
I have a b18ft engine with a t25 turbo and a lot of small things changed.
I think I can rach the 250 hp but it have to be reliable. Which parts need to be replaced?
I have saw some topics here and there are people with more than 200 and 250 hp. But which clutch have they and gearbox?
I have now a m59 gearbox but I want a stronger one and longer ratio's.
Sorry for my bad english and I hope you can answer my questions.
Soon I wil do some dynoruns with 350cc injectors and adjust the ecu.

I was today by the tuner but he told me the ecu can't be tuned.
Now I have a Air fuel ratio from Innovate and i want to tune my car by myself. I have 250cc injectors so I hope he will run fine with no throttle.
But I can't get higher boost than 0,9 bar.
I read that you can remove restistor r206 and I have done this but no resulst. I still can't run more boost.
Somebody who can tell me how to run more boost???

There were a lot of posts a few years ago about changing the resistance of a few resistors inside the ECU. Search the forum for "resistor + ecu" and have a read through.
I would like to have a tinker with these as I believe you can also alter the ignition timing and other values but it would need to be set up safety to test.
Some people have mentioned that on some ECU's, certain resistors appear to be replaceable (perhaps to tune the car for different countries / climates?).
I believe tuning companies will modify the resistors and Rich can modify the resistors and change the fuel map?
I'd be happy with just being able to adjust the ECU myself. It'd be nice to dig up which resistors do what.
There has also been mention of the ECU 'detecting' changes to the resistor values and then lowering the boost back to standard. I'm not sure how it'd be possible but that has definately been mentioned on the forum before.
Thanks,
pol

if really to say, dont do it, my friend was driving at 1.2 boost.
Has alloyed 2 pistons. If it is already valid in plans to fry the engine are necessary morõ better piston. Unless at 0.9 boost with the chip 6 sec and 1.2 - 5.5 sec. is there a great difference?
If is, then success in the project.

ecu
kijk even in mijn toppic voor de weerstanden, ik heb nu r206 weg gebrand. en rijdt nu op 1,3 bar zonder problemen.

a potmeter works fine 2
I have contact with a guy with the nickname scoff @ www.rtoc.org.
he can also do some kind of richmod. it is a bit more brutal acording to him. more boost no more solenoid. and it cost less more

I already have a chiptuning from Rica and I think it is the same.
I have put 5,4 kohm extra on r207 and I can handle almost 1,1 bar.
But r207 is connected to a other thing on the ecu so I don't know what I change with that.
I think 10 Kohm is needed for 1,3 bar.
Full throttle I have on my AFR 10,5 which is too much but my fuelrail is already on 2,5 bar? Can I change more for less fuel with full throttle.

try to make a bypass pipe that excludes the MAF, pipe needs to be 20 mm till 30 mm to get the best AFR
this was done by a guy that also tunes B18ft ecu's
The best result this guy had was just simpley make a hole in de pipe after the MAF.

I have an ECU thats been tampered with by ''scoff'' from renault turbo owners club (rtoc), and yes its aggresive, it works well, never had any problems with it......apart from destroying front tyres alot!
