AHAAAAAAAAAAA!

I got an email yesterday from the Official Alan Partridge Dedicated Fan Site.They were urging me to vote as to whether I wished another series to be made of "Im Alan Partridge"

Im bloody obsessed with the quality of this programme,the attention to detail is fab!I mean,Ive never known so many people say "Oh yeah I did see the beginning last nite but turned over 'cos I thought he was a dick"!!!!!!!

Thats the bloody point!!!!!!!!

Anyway,I know of at least 2 mentalists on here that enjoy steve Coogan,and after all he is a "Cool Clarkson" that has owned some bloody awesome cars so far......

Just wondered how many of us enjoy this guy thats all.

From the man who managed to destroy the image of a Ford Probe (and hotel Trouser Pressers) - I shall vote for his glorious return to TV, with a side note that he leaves Volvo's and all wardrobe accessories well alone!

Alan Partridge is a fictional character created by 3 guys from the UK in 1991.

He is played by actor/comedian Steve Coogan.

The character Alan Partridge is a very unique and clever piss-take of a real idiotic guy who started out as a sports presenter on equally funny News piss take "The Day Today" and "On The Hour" on BBC Radio 4.

Im Alan Partridge follows his life after his TV series "Knowing Me ,Knowing You" fails to get a 2nd series in the mid nineties.He then only manages to find work at the fictional Radio Norwich.......

When you watch him,you cringe as you can see somebody you have once met in life come accross.That is the genius of it.It is sent-up or spoofed so cleverly!

I think this should translate into Polish fairly well,if you see what I mean!!

When you are back in England Jurek,we shall have to watch it perhaps!

As for the series I just checked the bbc prime schedule and I think I did see a few brief extracts from one of the series.. I do not remember which one though...
And I must say it was pretty annoying

Yeah Steve Coogan always said Alan had one more series left.
I have been waiting like 2 years for it.

I LOVE Alan because for six months a few years ago I WAS Alan. I can really apprecaiate it especially the first series at the travel tavern. I totaly sympathise with his mindset and his oppinons are my oppinions.
I lived in a travel tavern in Hemel Hempstead (Yuk!) for 2 months whilst i was training to fix cash registers..

The thing is Knowing Me Knowing You is nowhere near as funny and should only be attempted by somone who has seen (and appreaciated) series 1+2.

Most people i speak to who dont like Alan actually mean they dont like knowing me knowing you - which is fair enough.

Ive been contacted by the Alanists again ( the official Alan Partridge Dedicated Site that is!) saying that a FILM is currently being made,no sign of a series is in the pipeline though.....
