Nobody got anything, the fucking council towed it away and scrapped it before i got a chance to get anything!!

Was in the spacious private car park of my flat. Both cars were untaxed as they were on private land and SORN.
It was either the council that thieved them or, later in the week, i saw a DVLA truck with a couple of confiscated cars on it.
Never found out for sure where our cars ended up

It just disappeared? I would have looked into this and not just let it go, that was worth a lot in parts. I think you should find out what happened to them and who took them.

In fairness ... it was in the spacious private car park of your old flat!

Rohan's car was in loose pieces and therefore deemed dangerous, but not the 440 ... the local residents must have asked they be up-lifted as abandoned vehicles. If the council yoink them, you do get them back for free if you notice within a week!

Indeed but who was to know i'd moved out?
Cant be arsed chasing it up as even if i got it back i'd still have nowhere to store it!
One thing is that i was going to store my MR2 there over the winter, thank fuck i didnt or that would have gone to the crusher, my 440 parts car i can deal with but Â£4.5k down the tube would have been a bit harder to swallow!!

Have you tried that newsagents window on Byre's Road?

I thought a garage to rent would be Â£25 ish per month ... how worng was i? i found a website called gumtree if thats any help?
