ANNOUNCEMENT: Donation-page now added to the website!

Hi everyone!

Finally, the Christmas-holidays have begun for me! Two weeks of die-hard programming all the time when I'm not with family

. No, just kidding, even though I have lots of things to do for school, I will also manage to find lots of spare time, stying in bed till late in the morning and more

I just wanted to inform everyone that the Donation-page is now ready and online! I have just finished typing it and added it and some links to it to the website. You can find it by using the Donate-link at the top of this page, keep in mind you need to be logged in on the homepage of the club!

Lets keep this club up and running together, and who knows what more

. I hope all the text on that page is clear enough?

The first donations have arrived, from now on all donations made will be added to the donations page which you find using the Donate-link from the top menu.

The money I sent was for a Club sticker

I'll try to get a bit more in the mail, but have been very short as of late as I have lost my job.

Not sure it's a good idea listing the amounts that are donated, makes the whole thing a bit of a spectacle if you ask me, some readers might start making assumptions based on the amounts, or might make people feel they need to compete in some way, or have to donate more, rather than what they are comfortable with/can afford - what do other think of this (you can tell me to shush you know if you think I'm being daft)

Just my 3.5 eurocents worth

I agree with you Gaz about not displaying the amounts.

On pay-day, you'll get a contribution from me too, but as Gaz said, I think it should be anonymous - you should give what you can afford.

I'm afraid nochex = no-go... They can only be used by people with a UK creditcard, we have looked at this. Western Union, I don't know, don't think so but will pass it on.
