b20f cam spec

I have a b20f mk2 cam in my b18ft and wonderd if anyone has anything on the SPEC of the cam. I want to compare it with the b18e "e" cam to see if it would be worth my wile to find an e cam and swap it for that.
My engine spec is as follows
Gt2860rs .86 rear 1.8bar full boost by 4k
Megasquirt ecu 7k limit
Large frontmount
Saab red injectors
Large throttle body
There's more to list but the main thing is I want the cam to work with the turbo so 4k to 7k rpm
