2.0 turbo?

Hi, first of all, sorry for my english ;)

I have read all posts in topic about tweaking b18ft ecu and I have found some info about running 2.0 with turbo.
So, is possible to run B20F (renault F3r) with manifolds, ecu, loom etc. from b18ft?
