the 480 turbo and r5 gt turbo engines are very similar as far as i can see.has anyone put carbs and a mechanical distributor on a 480 turbo lump?mines got fasrt road cams lightened and ballanced bottom end etc.just want it kept simple.also what turbo is it froma saab that fits the mounting flange of the t2?as used in the super rich mod?
id really rather go old school with mechanical distributor and carbatooters cuz there is no restriction from silly economy obsessed ecus.unless i get an emerald.
