Volvo 480 Club Europe

Ok then I'm look at putting a 480 turbo rad in my suzuki 4x4 but what i need to now will it keep the engine cool enough being a 2.9 v6 or will it strugle to keep it cool when off roading. I have a custom made rad in it but they have made it to thick and the fins are to close so the mud blocks it up
better still dose any one know where i can have a custom made rad near oxford / swindon
