Info Centre - Imperial or Metric?
Hi all,

Just picked up a 480, for the amazing sum of £150! All seems to be in order (apart from the Back arches - but that's on the list) Apart from something which is bugging me..

On the Info Centre, I can easily change the mode from Imperial to Metric, but is there any way of getting the Temperature to read in Celsius when in Imperial mode?

Not really a Farenheit person me, but I dont want to see the Fuel Cons. in L/100Km either!

Thanks!

Kieran

My '89 ES was like that! Can't change it, I'm afraid! I had it in MPG and learnt to cope with farenheit! Luckilly, by the time my '95 Turbo rolled off the production line, they'd managed to change the readout so the temp is in Celcius as well as fuel in MPG <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /happy.gif ALT=":D">

1995 480 Turbo, Flame Red Metallic, Jacquard/Leather

Well I don't know about your setup, but in my '89 ES, to change the
measurements, you needed to push a pin into a tiny hole button, so
in this case, especially when driving, yes, it would be... <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... s/wink.gif ALT=";)"> <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /laugh.gif ALT=":lol">

1995 480 Turbo, Flame Red Metallic, Jacquard/Leather
Edited by: <A HREF=http://pub32.ezboard.com/bvolvo480.show ... gonlord at: 1/18/03 12:32:09 am

Re: Info Centre - Imperial or Metric?
That explains it then, because I don't have to press any pins in any hole on my unit<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... smokin.gif ALT=":smokin"> I just press the button and in half a second the change is made <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... tongue.gif ALT=":p"> <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /happy.gif ALT=":D">
Real power and Turbo-shit
