@bbf: ouch, yups, those rearlights sure seem to be influenced by the C30. But for the rest, I think this Audi-thing has a lot of resemblence to the BMW 1-series:

I agree - its an audi/bmw/c30 soup. Perhaps the various car designers were all at college together and worked independently not knowing what the others were making or......(you could make up lots of stories really)

Whilst I could make a non pc comment about looking the same - whilst I admire and would love to own a Scimitar - get real. Having said that GT - two rear seats - style - long rear window ( oops 3L) ....
