Here you can talk about the joy owning a Volvo 480 brings. Non-technical discussions take place here, like what is the difference between an ES and a S version.

Just thought I'd say hello as I'm new here
recently got hold of an ebay bargain 480 turbo, planning to turn it into my dedicated track car. Not able to put pictures up just yet, but will do as soon as I have 10 posts or 7 days under my belt
I also drive a Clio 172, and I have a 106GTi track car which I'm selling shortly

There are a number of mechanical devices which increase sexual arousal, particularly in women. Chief among these is the Volvo 480 ;)

here she is. Absolute bargain at £170. bit of rust on the arches and a rattle I think is probably alternator. Nothing major really.
no tax or MOT though, so up she goes for the run home!

now starts the fun job of stripping her out, to lose some weight and get my bucket seats in
plans at the moment are a good service, richmod ecu and some decent brakes, a manual boost controller, followed by a day at Haynes test track and after that, who knows!
