right, i'll try and do it tonight!
if you want the part numbers you will prob find they are pretty cheap from volvoland, at least then you know you're getting the right part!

incidentally, you dont really need them as the wheel studs hold the discs in position. the screws just hold the disc in place when the wheel is off!

It'll be the caliper bracket retaining bolts you'll have trouble with...use single hex sockets....filing that we cut them off and replaced them. till edd got some special twisted rusty bolt removal sockets. like a socket with a thread inside it. (not very well described, but they are marvelous!!)
I think the bolts are special so they don't shear, so probably get them from volvo if you need to.....

You can put them iside a socket, or on the end of an impact driver..

when i first got my 480, one of the caliper mounts was seized on seriously tight....took it to a garage, and they tried these.....i think they called em turbo sockets (may be a brand name)
theirs were snap on (allegedly)
after they had cracked the third one they gave it up as a bad job.....didnt charge me...i took the car to a mates, and we got the angle grinder and drill out

You really dont need the locating screw. I drilled mine ou and never replaced them cos I know they'll need drilling again next disc change time.

Last week Edd turned up with a single hex brittool socket set, he ordered it through work and got £160 quids worth for £80. :hopping:

Today we had to change my sisters front discs/ pads. Used the new set, bolts came straight off, reckon it took 30 minutes to swap them.
