Afraid I can't help, but I would be very interested in what you find.
If your linkage feels a bit knackered though, check out your rear engine mount, when they're knackered they make the gearchange horrible apparently.

Ended up getting V/S40 bushes as they have been confirmed a good fit and of decent quality

The bushes I got are completely the wrong fit
I've changed the transmission oil which has helped a tonne. BUT there is still a bit too much play than I would like.
Sorry to bump this up again but can anyone help a brother out with some linkage bushes?!
