Heated Seat fault

Post by Blue Jelly » Mon Mar 20, 2006 7:26 pm

Both heated seats in my recently purchased 480 do not appear to work although the illuminated on/off switches seem to work. My question is what should I check and the processes involve in fault finding.

Hey Jelly, along with leaking rear lights and non-selfpark rearwipers this problem seems pretty common to 480's!

Hope this is of help. Still not got around to doing mine, but if I get it fixed I'll take some snaps of the procedure. Thermostats/broken wires seem to be the usual cause.

Welcome to the club! :)

Hehey,

Welcome to the club of not working heated seats owners

Mine arent working too, and it's pretty anoying while the winter is still going on here in Holland. There were times when I could wear a t-shirt on this date, but now :cryhard:

Anyway. Thanks for opening this item again. Was also wondering what to do about it.
