Original my car (1991 480 turbo) is supposed to have a led for the alarm.
It has been removed and the little plastic plate in wich it sat is with a hot screwdriver been melted close.
Do those leds sometimes have a problem ???
How and where should I reconnect a new led ????
The alarm works fine !!!!!
(or didnt all 480's have a led but still an alarm ???, because I replaced the melted close plate with one out of my 1988 ES without a hole for the led).
Thanks and greetz
alarm

The wire for the LED is in the dash somewhere. if it has a small circuit board attached to the end, then just solder a new LED in. It should work fine.
If the board isn't there, then get the LED from a scrap car, and plug it into the wire in your car. If you can't find one spare then I'll check what resistor is required, so you can make your own LED to connect up.
