Damn lights....

Right, during a nice weekend in Arran replaced both daytime lights, and now know my exact problem to be this:

Popup Lights; full beam, both working.
dipped beam, only n/side comes on.

Help! (night-time driving pretty dodgy when car's like this).

Sounds like the dipped filament of the bulb has gone, replace that bulb and it should be fine.

Yeah, Halfords it was, Â£9.99 each (did replace both). Can't help wondering if i should've got those ice blue ones...bulb code 472.

aw, dude!!
480 lights suck, i got some 80w/100w lamps for me turbo and they kick ass. blind the caravans in glencoe but boy you can see good!
