There is something very wrong with my car. The air ventilation wont change directions no matter which button I press. The buttons and lights inside them works, but the airflow wont change. I really need the air to go up on the windscreen now!!

I have a very similar problem. Think you have to buy anoter vem or maybe there is a vacum error. The people on this forum are great and are very skilled! Im sure they will provide much better help then I am.

Janet can you hear any hissing from the VEM (the box with buttons on to control the direction of the air)?
