front fog lights

Hi

after I washed my car the front fog lights don't work. When i try to turn them on, the indicator in the dashboard don't show, and the lights don't turn on.
What is wrong? the fuse is ok.... is there any easy way to test the bulbs?

hope you guys can help.

Have you removed the light switch and connected the contacts manually? What happens?
Have you checked the relay (in the box under the bonnet)?
