"No seat belts on" warning light/sound

Post by Raffadakis » Sat Oct 03, 2009 5:20 pm

A quick, maybe stupid question: Should there be a warning sound when not having the seat belts fastened?

Sometimes there is a problem with the speaker in the CEM. You should also get a beep if you hold the rear window demist button in for a few seconds and an amplified ticking noise when using the indicators / hazards.

If you have either main beam or parking lights on and a door open, you should hear a "beep" for about 10 seconds. I guess it's only when the engine is turned off, but i'm not 100% sure on this one.

OK I understand my lights warning beep is not working. Beep for rear window defrost button does work.
