Spark plugs electrode gap

Post by frenchfries » Tue Apr 11, 2017 11:56 am

Hi all

1992 Turbo auto. I am just doing a job at a time but want to do things the right way. I have bought Bosch 503 spark plugs from Halfords according to their recommendations, can you confirm the gap has to be 0.8 please?

Best

Done

Remind me not to buy spark plugs with 4 electrodes/each. This is probably why they were half price but 4 times the adjustment. Not sure how long the other ones had been there but there was a lot of corrosion for sure.

At least one job done, X more to go :)
