I've been using one from a 760 turbo for ages now with no issues. I reckon more or less anything similar will work, just make sure the king lead is a good fit

I have a spare coil (brand new ) which came as a spare with a 480 turbo I bought a few years ago. The car was a mechanics project and this was the one he was going to fit before he sold onto me.

Ffs.

I PMd you about a month ago looking for a coil. Ended up getting one all the way from that bodykitted 480 in Germany that's being broken.

However, if you have a brand new one I'd be interested :)

Have you tried http://www.ignitioncarparts.co.uk? You can drill down the search by chassis number. They were incredibly helpful on the phone with my BX a few years ago but you should be fine with just their online search.

I think the coil is fairly generic anyway. I was surprise to see the coil on my '87 B18E was exactly the same as my J5R engined Renault Master!
