Hi, Is it possible to fit aircon into a model that didn`t come
with it in the first place ?
Also would it be straight forward to fit?
If so has anyone got one for sale?

No not really, you would have to remove the whole front inside of the car back to the bulkhead to fit the tubing, the whole nosecone to fit the extra radiatior, weld a braket to your engine for the thing that drives the compressor, then fit the control panels for it. My Garage said its at least eight hours work just to fit it, let alone strip it (and de-gas) the system from the old car. (thats to fit a volvo one, a third party one may be more feasable)

I don't think it would be that bad. If you have a 480 with aircon, then just about everything should be a direct swap. If you have all the brackets and bits needed then it would only take time, and the cost of a system clean + re-gas.
Even without the brackets, if you are ok with welding and simple fabrication, then it shouldn't be that bad.
