to be fair the exhaust doesnt fit too well!! Its been pulled up as tight as it will allow me with the brackets and smaller rubbers but it still catches :angry: and vibrates every now and then on the body pan if hard cornering ... its the flange joint on the cat to down pipe that keeps getting caught...

yep there is a defo difference between the turbo and the 2.0 exhausts
it pains me to think the exhaust isnt 4 months old yet and the cat is quite badly scratched on the bottom side

:( :( cracked the joint once again in the week yesterday i took it off and put more joint paste and exhaust repair gum around the cat to down pipe flange ! all was well until today !!!!!!! came to a speed bump and started to crawl over when a tit in a vectra was obviously not taking note of my brake...

how far out is the colour match ???
if its not that far try t-cutting !
if it is that far then get ur-self to a propper paint supplier and get hold of some good quality paint ..
they should be able to mix the paint to the exact shade

after about 10 goes i got 2:05 its quite hard to control as there is no real feed back !!!
