I have the red dipstick B20F engine. Oil is another consumable like petrol or tyres. I get through a big jug of magnatec 10/40 every two months from top up. Wow! Car is soo smooth and much quieter! Its faster too. The old plugs were mad... missing bits of insulation, a an all over 1/2mm thick white coating on the tips! I'm suprised the car ran! If you put it in 5th gear (towed car) then u get power steering and brakes too (if they were working). Use a rope. In the end i went for some NGK Vgroved electrode plugs (504) at around £11, and some Bosch Silicone Power (B852) Ignition leads and got the full set for £14ish . £25 the lot - if it stops the judders i will be happy. Bloody Speedo!! Hopefully yours will be ok..... Don't be put off tho... they are beautifull cars to drive and great in the winter months cos of a brill heater and heated seats etc. Handling is amazing on these cars really good fun on twisty roads.
