I watched Top Gear "Apocoylpse" and think I spotted a Volvo 480 being exploded?
it was on the post apocolyptic MOT. the dvd is ok but not upto the usual top gear stuff
Top Geat "Italian job" is much better!

Swaying like a turle?
well I've never swayed a turle but think I get the idea, mine was the same at the back end changed shocks and anti roll bars......now rides great. noticed that bump stops are one missing one knackered? next job!

Led Zeppelin at Knebworth!....I'm impressed! back too alloys wheels I have on numerous occasions revitalised alloy wheels :- take wheels off, wash with strong detergent and rinse, rub them down with wet and dry use plenty of water, p280 - p800 grade depending on how rough they are, ending with p800. at this stage you can go for the alloy look...

I don't get it either? back to the mpg issue.......my 480 automatic has done over 140,000 miles and uses no oil and is very good on fuel, to be honest I would'nt take what the computer says as gospel mine was reading 68mpg at 85mph (I was going down hill at the time?) even without taking the display...

any idea where I can get some new rubber seals for my doors/ side windows?
the present don't leave they just look knackered, it's the metal inside that is corroding and expanding that's causing the problem.

Hi Rachel, crackling bass? usually bass problems stem from speakers being driven too hard and the voice coil in the centre bottoms out, or could be lose wires, I always solder my speaker wires to the terminals that stops them from coming off or having a bad connection. try that see what happens?
