Ok so for anyone thinking of changing their bushes, DON'T :eek: Even with a 10ton bench press trying to get the old ones out was a nightmare!!! In the end we had burn them out. But the pain did not stop their! Even with the use of a bench press it was a hard job taking over 3 hours to get the new on...

Hello, have a look at eurocarparts dot com they have some listed but the price goes from £43 for the valve kit to £128 for the full cylinder.

Thanks Adam, I was looking at changing the shocks too. Had not seen which ones to go with yet, was looking at Koni adjustable but like most things I am having a tough time finding the right ones for the 480 :(

Not 100% sure but I think they are black as I can't seem to see any other colour marking, and yes before you ask I have cleaned the mud off the springs :lol:

I was looking at the Jamex or the system 2 from proven-products, as I have heard both of these are much stiffer springs.
