Volvo 480 Club Europe

Hi Martin
you have spotted me before - near Accy Stanley ground. I live in Accrington and use my 480 Limited Edition as a daily driver along with my S80 T6 . I have a few other 480's but these are not currently on the road.
Hope to pop headlights with you soon.

I have had several 480's with this issue - but generally it is when they have been stood for a while. After a couple of days of regular running things have always sorted themselves. I don't know if it's moisture or some other contamination in the circuit but fortunately I have NEVER had to dig deepe...

I am sure there are people with more knowledge than I have but if it helps then today the starter motor in my 1.7 Ltd Ed. was replaced by one I had as a spare which I had originally bought from what I was told was a 2ltr Celebration.

Genuinley interested in your car and have sent you a PM but not certain if you have received it.

I live nearby and transport would not be a problem but would like to know more about condition and engine probs.
