Indeed it is the panel underneath the windsceen.
Some bilateral (don't know if this is the right term) tape and put this on the underside al around the edges.
Worked perfectly for me. Tested it up to 180 kmph ;-).

Hey there,

I would say sand blasting first, but with a fine sand to get a nice result.
After that I would do powder coating. It is better resisant than spray coating when applied right.

Good luck with it.

You can make one your own. Costs somewhat like 10 euro's and works fine, fully adjustable.

Let me know if someone wants to know how to make one.

An exhaust out of the middle of the bumper is indeed, as good as, impossible. There the box for the spare tire that is completely in the way there. It's a real challenge working on the exhaust, I can assure you  There is room for a dual exit though. I'm currently busy creating a stainless stea...

Thats excactly the problem on a 480. You don't have much room left under the car. The exhaust has to bend over the rear axle, while otherwise the car looses its rear suspension  Anyway, getting rid of the cat gives the best effort in power, rear damper gives some more, the bends in between are...

The rear caps (for heat protection) can be obtained from a glove compartment of a scrap car (you will need two scrap cars for that). The lights used there are exactly the same, only the panel to fit them in is different. Good luck finding them. By the way, haven't yet been able to check the scrap ca...

HI,

Try using the mbc with the boost solenoid still in place. You can just put it between the boost solenoid and the wastegate (red hose).
Worked pefectly for me. It made a really big improvement in lower revs.

I will put all the prices for that on a list when I have time for that and post them here. It will clear ...

Hi guys, I have checked every possible hose I could find under the bonnet and found only one that was bad. It was the hose from the throttle valve to the thing attached to the idle valve. Went for a run, still the same problems. Now tried fitting my spare idle valve (while cleaning the other), still...

Hi all, With this boost solenoid, is it possible that when it is broken the car starts stuttering when lifting throttle? Mine does this and for some reason I think the boost solenoid is the cause. I also noticed that something on the car sometimes gives a small bang. don't know if it is this solenoi...

Hey guys, As you all noticed, the production of the units has started. I must say I'm pretty pleased with them now. I have been able to get most of the air out of them. 1 hour ago I opened the mould for the large front blinkers and they look promising. I need to adjust the air outlet a little to let...
